From the dataset abstract
Completed apartments in 2020, 2021 and 2022 is dataset with point-shaped spatial information covering 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Sipoo, Tuusula and Vihti). The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY) has collected the data from municipalities in the springs of 2021, 2022 and 2023 as part of the follow-up of the Helsinki region MAL agreement. This data is part of the 2020-2023 MAL agreement period, which completed in 2024.
The coordinate system of the dataset is ETRS-GK25.
